Project
The project consists in the realization of a tourist complex including a 5 star hotel, on 12 HA composed of :
- A main building including the common premises, the SPA, the Fitness club, the ball room, the indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool.
- 150 guest rooms,
- 20 villas
- 60 hotel apartments
The covered area of the project is 35,500 m².
Our mission
Our service covers the technical studies and the follow-up of the works of the following lots:
- HAVC & plumbing, fire protection, swimming pools and bodies of water;
- Electricity and IT networks , HV and LV as well as Buildig Management System;
- Elevators;;
- External networks: drinking water, firewater, electrical networks..
